Website Maintenance includes layout and optimization, adding new blocks, modules, screens, updating plugins, updating themes, updating WordPress core files, faster load times, bandwidth saving, securing, fixing broken links, debugging and testing.

WordPress Support plans remain valid until the month or quarter elapses or the assigned number of tasks are completed whichever comes first.
Purchased support plan is not transferable between customers or rolled over to months.
Purchased support plans are not refundable.

When you make an order and payment, you can immediately submit your support requests by completing the WordPress support request form.
All support requests are treated within 24 to 48 hours during business hours (9:00 to 16:00 GMT Weekdays).
