What services are in content management

Content management includes publishing new materials, adding media content, creating backups, updating (replacing) content and testing.

Website Maintenance includes layout and optimization, adding new blocks, modules, screens, updating plugins, updating themes, updating WordPress core files, faster load times, bandwidth saving, securing, fixing broken links, debugging and testing.

 

  1. WordPress Support plans, remain valid until the month or quarter elapses or the assigned number of tasks are completed whichever comes first.
  2. Purchased support plan is not transferable between customers or rolled over to months.
  3. Purchased support plans are not refundable.

WordPress (WP) Support plans are pre-paid support plans. Each plan has number of tasks to be carried out and are billed on a Pay As You Use, Monthly and Annually.

When you make an order and payment, you can immediately submit your support requests by sending an email to servicedesk@ics.ng  All support requests are treated within 48 hours during business hours (9:00 to 17:00 GMT Weekdays).
